Close City's Gonzales Places at BBQ Cookoff

BEDFORD, TX - Susan Gonzales of Close City placed 3rd in her bean entry and Steve Gonzales of Euless, TX placed 2nd with his brisket entry at the Bedford Blues and BBQ festival cookoff in Bedford, TX over the Labor Day weekend.

Susan recieve a plaque and Steve a plaque along with a check.

Sixty-eight teams entered and over all results the "3G BBQ" team placed 17th. Along with Danny, Flora and Stevie Gonzales, several friends were on hand to give support.
