7 Lopes Make A-J Honor Roll

Based on their performances, the following players were recognized by the Post coaching staff for their outstanding play in Week 4's loss to Denver City, 35-32, making the Lope's record 4-1:
Offensive Player - DJ Brown - 16 carries 224 yards - 3 TD's. All TD runs were 45 yards or more.
Defensive Player - Nathan Gill - 15 tackles vs DC - Nathan is always around the ball. He has been a force all season.
Bold Gold Player - Dalton Holly - 2 TD's - He had an 85 yard KO Return for a TD and a 58 yard TD catch.
D.J. Brown, RB, Post, 5-6, 140, Jr.: Rushed for 224 yards and three touchdowns and also had an interception in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
Dalton Holly, WR/DB, Post, 5-10, 155, Sr.: Returned a kickoff 85 yards for a touchdown, and a 58-yard touchdown catch, an interception and 10 tackles in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
Nathan Gill, DE, Post, 6-0, 191, Sr.: Recorded 15 tackles in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
Paul Martinez, NG, Post, 5-7, 208, Sr.: Had 14 tackles in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
Alan Alaniz, LB, Post, 6-3, 155, Jr.: Recorded 12 tackles in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
Paden Babb, LB, Post, 5-11, 180, Jr.: Had 11 tackles in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
Bryan Smith, LB, Post, 6-0. 185, Soph.: Had 10 tackles in a 35-32 loss to Denver City.
