Volleyball Round-up: Post vs. Colorado City

The Post Lady Lopes volleyball team were very competitive against District 4-2A leading Colorado City on Dig Pink day, October 6 at the Antelope Arena. 

"The girls had a great week of play last week against an undefeated team in district, C-City," said Coach Charlyn Hohman.  The Post team played point to point with the Lady Wolves in the first two games, loosing 23-25 and 25-27. 

"The girls were outstanding from the service line having their most accurate game this season, added Hohman.

All the Post teams had matches against Colorado City last week.  See the box scores below for details.

The girls did a good job of hustling, just could not get over the hump.  I’m looking for them to bounce back the next game.  Jessica Farris, Leslie Gill, and Daisha Greathouse stood out in this game.

The girls played great in the 2nd set. If they play this way from now on they’ll win their games. Sarai Ruiz and Brooke Blair were top performers.
