Lopes Run at Sundown Meet

Post Junior High and High School runners participated in the Sundown cross country meet on Saturday, October 6.

The JH Lady Lopes placed ninth and the boys placed seventh overall as a team.

Post High School's Bethany Curtis placed fourth with a time of 15:14 which led the Lady Lopes team to a 14th place finish overall.

The Antelopes led by Isaac Stern who placed third with a time of 20:47.

Cross country coach Shelli Crow said "I'm proud of these athletes and the way they competed at Sundown this past weekend."

This weekend, the runners will compete in Lamesa.
