The Post Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Construction Cash Mob to remind shoppers that the brick street maintenance project on the north side of East Main Street is complete and the shops are open for business.
Join the fun on Thursday, July 12, from 10:30 a.m. until noon in downtown Post.
On Tuesday, Xcel Energy has added $150 to the drawing – that means cash prizes totaling $250 will be available. Several local merchants will also be donating gift certificates, merchandise and store discounts.
Spend $10 with one of the participating merchants and you become eligible to win $20 in a random cash drawing. The merchants include Plum Crazy, Buffalo Creek Threads, Lord’s Vineyard, Twins and Sassy Sunflower, all on the north side of East Main Street.
Just present your receipt at the PACC table and draw for a chance to win cash and prizes. The Chamber is donating $100 (in $20 increments) to the drawing. Spend $10 and take a chance to win $20.
The Historic Hotel Garza Bed & Breakfast will also be open for tours.
Take this opportunity to come to town and take a stroll down Main Street.
