Town Hall Meeting Concerning Water, Tuesday

The City of Post and Garza County encourage its citizens to attend a meeting Tuesday, July 24 at 5:30 p.m. to find out more about  the White River Municipal Water District’s decision to move to Stage 3 of the district’s drought contingency plan, which includes the restriction of all outdoor watering.

At the meeting, the public will also learn about the submission of two separate applications submitted from Garza County and the City of Post to the Texas Department of Rural Affairs for a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) Disaster Relief Fund grant.
