This morning, the Texas University Interscholastic League (UIL) released the alignment of athletic and extra curricular activity districts for the 2012-2014 biennial.
For football, Post will remain in Conference 2A, Division 2 but will have new members.
For the past two years, Post has traveled mostly south for as long as two hours to play a game. But starting next football season, Post will face familiar longtime opponents Abernathy, Floydada and Lubbock Roosevelt. New to the mix is Olton and Tulia.
For basketball and all other sports and UIL activities, PISD lines up in District 3-2A with Childress, Floydada, Idalou, Lubbock Roosevelt and Slaton.
