Voter Registration: Oct. 11, 2011 is the last day a person may submit an application to register
to vote or make a change of address to be effective for Election Day, Nov. 8, 2011. Call the
Garza County Voter Registrar for more information: 806-495-4448.
Ballots by Mail: Applications for ballot by mail must be received by the Early Voting Clerk, P. O. Box 366, Post, TX 79356 not later than the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Nov. 1, 2011.
Early Voting: Early voting by personal appearance will be conducted each weekday at the Garza County
Courthouse, 1st Floor, 300 W. Main in Post between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. beginning
Monday, Oct. 24, 2011 and ending Friday Nov. 4, 2011.
Election Day: Tuesday, Nov. 8, everyone will vote at the Post Community Center (Main St. door), 113 W. Main Street in Post.
Ten Constitutional Amendment propositions are on the ballot. (A summary of each proposition will be posted at garzapost.com prior to the start of early voting on Oct. 24)
