District Attorney Charged with DWI

Brian Kingston, district attorney for Garza, Lynn, Gaines and Dawson Counties was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated following a Friday evening traffic stop six miles east of Seminole, on U.S. Hwy 180. According to a report in the Seminole Sentinel Kingston was released Saturday morning on $1500 bond after being held overnight in the Gaines County Law Enforcement Center.
