SBDC sets workshop schedule

If you're interested in starting a new small business, help is available.
The Texas Tech Small Business Development Center (SBDC) has scheduled various workshops to assist individuals seeking to get started.
The first on the agenda is the Small Business Sales Tax Workshop on October 10th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and there is no charge.
Three other workshops are scheduled in October including Start Your Own Business-1 (10/18/11), Start Your Own Business-2 (10/20/11) and SBA Financing (10/26/11).
The workshops continue into November with Start Your Own Business-3 (11/1/11), Start Your Own Business-4 (11/3/11) and SBA Financing (11/30/11).
The Tax and Financing workshops are free and some Start Your Own Business workshops are $10 for all four.
All of the workshops will be held at the SBDC offices in Lubbock. (Click here for a map.)
