Defending State Champs Come to Post

The Bold Gold host Idalou Friday at Jimmie Redman Memorial Stadium.

The Lopes enter Friday night's district game with a 2-5 season record and a 1-2 district record after last week's loss to Coahoma.  (Click here for the Coahoma game story and pictures.)

The defending state champs, Idalou, enter week 7 ranked second in the state with a 5-1 season record and a 2-0 district record after defeating Hawley last week.

The other District 2-2A, Division II varsity games are Hawley (5-2, 1-2) hosting Stanton (2-4, 0-2), Coahoma (4-3, 3-0) at Forsan (5-1, 2-0) and Anson (0-7, 0-3) has the night off.
