Food & Nutrition Project - Continues every Wednesday from 4 to 5 pm at the Extension Office. Youth 3rd grade and up are invited to participate.  Call the office at 806-495-4400 if you have any questions.

Friend to Friend Staying Healthy Together - a breast and cervical cancer awareness program to educate women about the importance of mammograms and Pap tests is free to all women of Garza County, October 30 at the Heritage House.  RSVP to Nancy McDonald, CEA-FCS, at 806-495-4400. First 80 women accepted!

Diabetes Education - Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes, a series of 5 sessions developed by researchers from Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service, will begin Wednesday, October 24th from 9 to 11 am at the Extension Office, 215 West Main Street.  Cost is $20.00.  Contact the office to reserve your space.  806-495-4400.
