4-H To Hold Benefit Dance on Nov 10

Garza/Scurry County 4-H Dance - A benefit dance will be held Saturday, November 10, 2012 at 8:00 p.m. till 11:00 p.m. at the Garza County Show Barn. All Garza County youth 3rd grade thru 12th grade are invited. 4-H chaperones will be on site. Cost is $5.00 with proceeds going to Post Animal Refuge Center. For questions call the extension office at 495-4400.

Hometown Holidays - Garza and Scurry County Extension Hometown Holidays will be Thursday November 15th beginning at 6:30 pm at the First United Methodist Church in Snyder. Please join us for an evening of holiday gift ideas, decorating, cooking tips and holiday shopping. Cost $20.00 will include cookbook, tasting and door prizes. Only 90 spots available so call the Garza County Extension Office to reserve yours at 495-4400.

Predator Awareness Workshop - November 13, at the Borden County Event Center, Gail, TX Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. there will be a $20.00 fee. 3 general CEU’s will be offered.

Major Stock Show Entries - Are due to the Extension Office no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 29th. If you have any question please contact the Extension Office at 806-495-4400.

Fort Worth Stock Show Entries - Are due in the office no later than 5:00p.m. by November 14th . For question please contact the Extension office at 806-495-4400.
