VFW Ladies Auxiliary Honor Veterans

The Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post 6797 honored 7 veterans living at Golden Plains Care Center on Memorial by presenting each with a gift.

Ladies Auxiliary members present were Jaynie Dickson, Rebecca Jolly and Beth Parnell. Veterans at the care center are : Robert Buckley, William Wiley, Walton McQuein, Dempsey Zachary, Jackie Hays, Dave Earick and Connie Bass. A war bride who lives at the center, Doris Jones, was also honored.
