Aiden Rodela represented Post at the TAAF state track meet.

Rodela Runs at State Meet for Jackalopes

Aiden Rodela competed in the Texas Amatuer Athletic Association (TAAF) state track meet in Corpus Christi, July 27-29.  

Aiden qualified for state at the region meet in the 200 meter dash where he placed second.  At state he finished 7th in his heat and 12th over all out of 25 kids in the 8-and-under age bracket.  He ran a 39.43.

Aidens parents are Cynthia and Leonard Rodela.  They are very proud of his accomplishments and his determination to get to the state meet. 

Aiden and his  parents said they were grateful to Coach Richard Soliz for coaching Aiden in the summer track program.  This was the first year he ran for the Post Jackalopes summer club.
