Dean (Cedar) Nolan

Services for Dean Ray (Cedar) Nolan, 80, of Post will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011 at the Graham Chapel Church of Christ with Noel White officiating.  Burial in Terrace Cemetery will be under the direction of Hudman Funeral Home.

He died Thursday, Nov. 17, 2011 in Post. He was born on Nov. 23, 1930 in Paducah to Edward and Audrey (Trimble) Nolan. Cedar was a cowboy on area ranches all of his working life. He married Joann Jordan on July 9, 1955 in Paducah. He was a veteran and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Joann Nolan of Post; a daughter, Patti Nolan of Conroe; two sons: Ricky Nolan of
Truscott, Tx and Jim Nolan of Post; two sisters: Patsy Stevens of New Mexico and Peggy Dillard of Lubbock; two bothers: E. W. Nolan of Andrews and Leon Nolan of Odessa; four
grandchildren and one great grandchild.
