The Chamber will be hosting a Bingo Night on August 4 from 6-8 p.m.  Make plans to come for an evening of fun and prizes.   The Women’s Division will be in charge of the concession stand so you know the food will be good.  The cost will be $1 per game for 6 cards per game.

The Garza Theatre is having “Over the River and Through the Woods” this weekend with performances Friday and Saturday evening at 7:30 and a Sunday matinee at 2:30 p.m.

The Post Stampede Rodeo will be here before you know it.  The annual parade will be on Saturday, August 13.  Call the Chamber office if you would like to enter - 495-3461.

The Texas Plains Trail Region is having its annual Roundup in Post this year on August 15 & 16.   If you are involved in the tourism industry or just want to find out more about the Texas Trails program and Texas tourism, contact Deborah Sue McDonald at 806/273-0920 (office) or 806/231/3479 (cell).

The Post Rotary Club is hosting a barbecue cook off on September 2 & 3 a City Park.  If you would like to enter, contact Dave Tyler at 786-5137.
